Payments and Billing

Any delay or failure to make payments may result in the temporary suspension or termination of services. In most cases, payments made after project commencement are non-refundable due to the time and resources invested in planning and development. Prices mentioned in our proposals are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Clients are responsible for any additional bank or transfer charges incurred during payment.

Ownership & Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including source code, graphics, content, or any creative material developed by Design Craft Technologies, remain the property of the company until the project is fully paid for. Once full payment is received, ownership of the final deliverables will be transferred to the client, excluding third-party components, frameworks, or licensed tools used during development.

We retain the right to showcase completed projects, designs, or non-sensitive elements in our portfolio, marketing materials, or case studies. Clients must not resell, redistribute, or modify our intellectual property for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

While Design Craft Technologies takes all necessary steps to deliver high-quality, reliable, and secure solutions, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of business data, system downtime, financial loss, or interruption due to third-party software, server failures, or external cyberattacks. Our total liability for any claim, in all circumstances, shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service or project in question. Clients are responsible for maintaining backups and taking necessary security measures on their systems.

Third-Party Integrations

Our projects may incorporate third-party applications, plugins, APIs, or hosting services to enhance functionality. While we take care to use only reliable and licensed third-party components, Design Craft Technologies cannot be held responsible for their performance, pricing changes, updates, or downtime. Clients acknowledge that such third-party services are governed by their own terms and conditions, and we advise reviewing them before implementation.

Any issues arising from third-party tools or services are outside our direct control, though we will assist the client in resolving them to the best of our ability.

Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services at our discretion if clients fail to meet payment obligations, engage in unethical or illegal activities, misuse our services, or continuously delay project communication and approvals. Upon termination, clients must settle any outstanding payments before receiving final deliverables. In cases of termination by the client, we will invoice for completed work and resources allocated up to that date. Termination does not release either party from obligations incurred before the termination date.

Support and Maintenance

Post-launch support and maintenance services are provided as per the duration and scope agreed upon in the project contract. Support typically covers bug fixes, performance optimization, and basic guidance related to the project.

However, any new features, design changes, or third-party issues are not included under standard support and may be billed separately. Clients who wish to continue receiving ongoing updates, technical maintenance, or system monitoring can opt for an extended maintenance plan. Unauthorized modifications or access to our code may void the support warranty.
