Our total liability for any claim, in all circumstances, shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service or project in question. Clients are responsible for maintaining backups and taking necessary security measures on their systems.

While we take care to use only reliable and licensed third-party components, Design Craft Technologies cannot be held responsible for their performance, pricing changes, updates, or downtime. Clients acknowledge that such third-party services are governed by their own terms and conditions, and we advise reviewing them before implementation.

Any issues arising from third-party tools or services are outside our direct control, though we will assist the client in resolving them to the best of our ability.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services at our discretion if clients fail to meet payment obligations, engage in unethical or illegal activities, misuse our services, or continuously delay project communication and approvals. Upon termination, clients must settle any outstanding payments before receiving final deliverables. In cases of termination by the client, we will invoice for completed work and resources allocated up to that date. Termination does not release either party from obligations incurred before the termination date.

Post-launch support and maintenance services are provided as per the duration and scope agreed upon in the project contract. Support typically covers bug fixes, performance optimization, and basic guidance related to the project.

However, any new features, design changes, or third-party issues are not included under standard support and may be billed separately. Clients who wish to continue receiving ongoing updates, technical maintenance, or system monitoring can opt for an extended maintenance plan. Unauthorized modifications or access to our code may void the support warranty.
